Hey guys. John here from etrailer.com. Today we are going to be taking a look at the Yakima Fullback trunk-mount bike rack on our 2020 Audi Q7. This is a great way to get our bikes to our favorite destination without installing a hitch on our vehicle or installing a roof rack and having to lift it up on top of our vehicle.This is the two bike version and it has a weight capacity of two bikes at 35 pounds each. It also comes in a three bike version as well, and that has a max weight capacity of 90 pounds. The Fullback secures our bikes at three locations. more

This is a great way to get our bikes to our favorite destination without installing a hitch on the vehicle or installing a roof rack and having to lift our bikes up above our roof. The two bike version here that we have installed has a weight capacity of 35 pounds per bike. However, the halfback is also available in a three bike version and that has a total weight capacity of 90 pounds.Our bikes are secured at three points of contact. We have two zip strips up top and then another zip strip down here for the main mast and that's for our anti sway cradle. more

Yakima Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2014 Audi a4- Video
Speaker 1: Toady on our 2014 Audi A4 we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima Half Back 2 Bike Rack and that's going to be partnered with a Y02636. As you can see, we do have a bike installed, so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now if we start on the outside and work our way in, we're going to see on both of these arms we're going to have the bottle openers that Yakima puts on all of their bike racks. If you look at the cradles, we're going to see that they are stationary so they don't adjust really to accommodate any size or spacing between bikes; however, they do have this nice rubber TPE padding. Now what that means is that these little notches that stick out from our padding, they're going to act as shock absorbers for the frame of our bike during travel, and that's going to help protect it from any type of damage.If we look at our bike we're going to see that it is secure at three different points of contact. We're going to have two zip strips on the top of our frame securing the frame of our bike into the cradles, and then down here we're going to have this anti-rattle cradle. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Audi A4, we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack. And that's going to be part number Y02637.And as you can see, we do have a bike installed so let's take a closer look at some of these features. Now we're going to see that these cradles can pivot back and forth like so, and move up and down our rack to accommodate bikes of different sizes or even any length or spacing you might want between your bikes.We're going to see the bike itself is secured at three different points of contact. We have these two rubber straps that go around the top of the frame and latch on right here. And then right here we're going to have this anti-rattle cradle. Now once we get this strap, the frame of our bike into the cradle, that's going to prevent the bike from moving too much while you're traveling, preventing any type of bike to vehicle contact or bike to bike contact if you have two bikes installed.We come up here and look at the front wheel. more

Hollywood Racks Express Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2014 Audi a4- Video

As you can see we do have a bike installed so let's take a look at some of these features. Now this is a very economical choice of bike rack, if you're an avid cyclist I might suggest maybe looking at a more detailed bike rack. You can find a lot of those at etrailer.com. Or, if you're looking for something just to get your bikes from point A to point B this is going to be a great option for you.So if you come in closer, these cradles can slide up and down our rack to accommodate any spacing between your bikes you might want. more

SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack Review - 2010 Audi Q5- Video
Today on our 2010 Audi Q5 we're going to be doing a test fit of the Seasucker Komodo bike rack. That's part number 298-BK1910-BK. This is for the black color, but it's also available in aqua blue, gold, and silver. This suction-mounted bike rack can adhere to your Audi's roof or rear hatch. Four vacuum cups offer 210 pounds of pull strength each. As you can see with it in in place, it's not going anywhere. I'm actually shaking the whole Audi. more
